We maintain a strict decision-makers only policy. Exhibitors must be C-suite executives, government officials, or representatives of established institutions with genuine business or policy interests. No resellers or consultants without direct decision-making authority.
Sponsorship packages range from presenting partner status down to supporting partner levels. Each tier includes branded visibility, speaking opportunities, and access to exclusive networking events. Custom packages are available for organizations with specific objectives.
Applications are reviewed by our partnership committee within two weeks. We evaluate alignment with the four pillars, audience fit, and brand compatibility. Selected exhibitors receive confirmation and onboarding materials immediately.
